Volume 1 contains a 35'43" video from al-Qaeda Organization in the Land of the Islamic Maghreb's Media Committee. It features a video statement from Abul-Hasan Rashid al-Bolaidi entitled, "A Look at the State of the Ummah". It was released on 2 Mar. 2007 and has a production date of Mar. 2007 [Safar 1428H]. English translations of Arabic text where it appears have been added by IntelCenter. The only other changes made to the videos were those done to enhance the audio and video where possible. The DVD has a video index for use in briefings and training. It plays on any standard DVD player in any region. It is encoded for NTSC players and contains Dolby Digital 2.0 audio.
